Refund & Return Policy – Your Satisfaction Matters

At Olive Bliss, we take pride in the quality of our natural hair oil. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Refund or Return

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Only unopened, unused products in original packaging are eligible.
  • If your item arrives damaged, leaked, or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return or refund, simply:

  1. Email us at oliveblissofficial@gmail.com or WhatsApp your order details.
  2. Share clear photos of the product & packaging.
  3. Once approved, we’ll guide you through the return process.

3. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (bank transfer or easypaisa/jazzcash).
  • Please allow 5–7 business days after approval for the amount to reflect in your account.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept used or opened hair oils. Sale items, promotional bundles, or gift sets are also non-refundable.

5. Shipping Charges

Return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or sent in error.
